LIBERATED is a 12-month, high-touch group container for women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves and start living in alignment.
This experience combines lifestyle medicine, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), relational healing, and gentle accountability within a supportive community of women who get it.
Inside LIBERATED, you’ll be supported to work with your body and hormones (not against them), set clear boundaries without guilt, make values-led decisions, and create sustainable change, held by experienced coaching and community support.
